1. Send a complete mortgage application either through EXPERT or MORTY, or by fax • (613) 279-3060.
2. If we are interested, we will issue a letter of intent with the applicable terms and conditions.
3. The broker must then provide all the necessary documents and information as well as a Form 1 Investor Disclosure Statement.
4. Should the conditions be met, Pillar Financial Services Inc. will issue a commitment letter.

* This process should be complete within 5 business days.
