“Pillar’s Homerun Contest” Promotion Terms & Conditions

Pillar’s Homerun Contest is a promotion being run by Pillar Financial Services Inc. (Pillar) during Q2 2022.

Brokers and agents who submit mortgage deals to Pillar and have them successfully funded during the eligibility period are entered into a draw for the promotion’s grand prize.

Pillar will draw 1 winning ballot at random from all valid ballots entered into the contest. This draw will be conducted at the Pillar office in Sharbot Lake, Ontario.

Promotion rules:

1. Eligibility. This promotion is open to mortgage brokers and agents in Ontario. To participate, you must submit a mortgage deal to Pillar during the eligibility period (1 April 2022 to 31 July 2022) and have this deal successfully funded by Pillar before the end of the eligibility period. For each of your deals that meets these requirements, you will be allocated a ballot(s) that will be entered into the prize draw in August 2022.

3. Prizes. There is 1 grand prize offered during this promotion. Grand Prize: 1 Toronto Blue Jays baseball package (value up to $5,000 CAD), which includes:

• A ticket for you and a friend to a Toronto Blue Jays game
• Dinner for you and a friend on game day
• Accommodation & travel expenses for you and a friend

Pillar reserves the right to substitute another prize of similar value.

4. Winners. Pillar will draw 1 winning ballot at random from all valid ballots entered into the contest. Pillar will contact the winner to notify them of their prize and make arrangements to send it to them.

5. Publication. By participating in this promotion, you authorize Pillar to identify you as the winner if so chosen and to publish your full name and company name in public communications related to this promotion.

6. Disputes. In the event of a dispute or objection to any aspect of this promotion, Pillar reserves the right to make final decisions that are binding and may not be disputed.
