About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Regulatory Compliance, this position will assist and support the mandate of W.A. Robinson Wealth Management Compliance forming part of a team dedicated to the care and service of clients and their accounts.  You will be responsible for compiling and electronically filing all investor documentation to meet the requirements of the Ontario Securities Commission and other regulatory bodies.  You are an accomplished regulatory compliance specialist with strong analytical skills. You are a collaborative, meticulous individual, looking to contribute your strong problem-solving skills to an innovative growing organization.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate is comfortable in a highly regulated environment, has a strong understanding of required regulatory investment documentation, is extremely organized, and has experience with best practices of policies and procedures. At its core, this role will involve working with the Manager, Regulatory Compliance to refine and maintain the compliance program for W.A. Robinson to ensure compliance with all policies.  The role requires careful record keeping ensuring departments and employees are following policies and procedures.  We expect that the successful candidate will possess the ability to maintain and update the current policy and procedures manual & the internal operations manual to meet the evolving compliance regulatory landscape.

Job Location: Kingston area. W.A. Robinson’s head office is located in Sharbot Lake, ON, 50 minutes north of Kingston. There is flexibility on working out of your own home office should you not choose to re-locate to the Sharbot Lake/Kingston area.
